Europa League: The match was played at Sassuolo’s stadium which is some 200km from Bergamo as Atalanta’s stadium was not ‘suitable’ to host european matches.

Both groups put on good shows at the start of the game with fireworks and pyro. The match finished 1-1 and Dortmund won 4-3 on aggregate to qualify for the next round.
