Greece: There were riots at the end of the Athens derby between Olympiakos and AEK Athens. Many angry Olympiakos fans invaded the pitch and clashed with police after their team lost the match 1-2. During the match Olympiakos fans burned many stolen AEK scarves, tshirts and banners.

Away fans were banned as is the norm for any big matches in Greece. AEK fans gathered in their 1000s to celebrate the victory with their players as they returned from the match.
